1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Grace & Print website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Grace & Print provides memorial printing services including custom-designed funeral programs, Canva templates, bookmarks, and related printed materials. We also offer digital products such as downloadable templates and social media announcements.

3. Orders and Payment

• All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment is required at the time of order and is processed securely through Stripe.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
• Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

4. Custom Design Orders

• Custom design orders include a proof review process. You will receive a digital proof for approval before printing begins.
• We include multiple revision rounds to ensure your satisfaction.
• Once you approve a proof for printing, you accept responsibility for the content, including spelling, dates, and photo selection.
• We will not begin printing until you have explicitly approved the final proof.

5. Digital Products (Templates)

• Digital template purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the template for its intended purpose.
• Templates may not be resold, redistributed, or shared with others.
• All digital sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available for template purchases.

6. Shipping

• Printed products are shipped via FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping speed.
• Standard production time is 3–5 business days after proof approval. Rush options are available.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

• Custom design orders may be cancelled before proof approval for a full refund minus any design work already completed.
• Once a proof has been approved and printing has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• If you receive a defective or incorrect product due to our error, we will reprint and reship at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Digital template purchases are non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

• All designs, templates, graphics, and content on our website are the property of Grace & Print or our licensors.
• Custom designs created for your order are licensed to you for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
• You retain ownership of all photos and content you provide to us. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for fulfilling your order.

9. Content You Provide

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any photos, text, or other content you submit. You represent that your submitted content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights. Grace & Print is not liable for any claims arising from content you provide.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grace & Print shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

11. Coupon Codes and Promotions

• Coupon codes and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and expiration dates.
• Coupons cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

12. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Barrow County, Georgia.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
